This begins in California as a main goal~ California is often seen as a trailblazer when passing initiatives which is why this state is a worthwhile goal. Securing senator sponsors who are outspoken and willing to make waves in the politic sphere is essential. This will require a good legal team and solid legislation that other states can follow.

Federal and Global Ban.

By following the states examples, we will gain enough traction and legitimacy to take the geoengineering topic to the federal level. Once we can gain enough financial, public, and political support, a ban at the federal level will secure a more concrete ability to monitor and enforce federal airspace.

If implemented properly, this will lead to a global ban as other countries follow our strong leadership and implement the clear sky initiative worldwide.
